This, like Mac Genealogy, I debated including, because it too blurs the line between news-site and blog, however I do look at it a few times a week, and it has several blog-like features (and is run on blog software as well). It’s very useful, and it’s been around for a while. It’s just what you think it is - news about genealogy software. There’s not much personal commentary. Whether that will change over time, who knows. It maybe for the better that they don’t get into the commentary/blogging aspect, since they are somewhat of a “neutral” site.
MacGenealogy.org - Macintosh Genealogy Software
Updated: Usually daily
This is the only Macintosh genealogy software news blog I’m aware of (or Macintosh genealogy software site in general, for that matter). I hesitated to include it, but considering these days that the line between blog and news-site is blurred heavily, and how often it’s updated, it fits right in. They do update it often, and information is easy to find.
